What is compacted math?
Compacted math is a middle school math program offered by PPS during 7th and 8th grade. Students complete three years of math in two years and have the opportunity receive high school credit. This allows them to take Calculus their senior year. Compacted Math is for students who are excelling in their current math class.

Who makes the decision?
After hearing student and parent input, the Beverly Cleary math team meets to discuss the appropriate math class for each student.
